Retirement Plans

Employees are eligible to participate immediately in the plan and may elect to
contribute 2 to 75%. At the beginning of the quarter following one year of
employment and having worked 1000 hours, United will match an employee's
contribution dollar per dollar up to 5%.
- Profit Sharing Plan
United contributes up to 3.5% of an employee's
salary per year based on company performance.
